Nowadays we can’t imagine to live without smartphones. We’re finding our way around by google maps, we’re checking the weather and we’re buying the things we need or like.
Personally I’m very fond of my Google® Assistant app. In fact I use it for all kinds of tasks. I stopped using my my phone to start a call, I just ask my assistant to call my barber. It’s so very comfortable.
This comfort and the fact that the world, our awareness and expectations are changing, makes it neccessary for Online Shops to upgrade their features and comfort. B2C commerce is doing quite a good job, but there’s still a lot to do.
B2B is, especially in Germany, not aware of the importance to change.
